Who we are
Founder’s Arcana is run by Decode & Grow Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16814320. ICO registration ZC120811. Contact: info@decodengrow.com.
What we collect and why
- Your decision text, domain and cards: sent to our AI provider to generate the reading you asked for. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, and taking steps at your request to provide the service. We don’t store them unless you choose to share them with us.
- Name, company, email: to send your reading and respond to you. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Marketing: only if you opt in and confirm your email. Lawful basis: consent.
- Security data: a one-way hashed version of your IP address, to prevent abuse and spam. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. Deleted within 48 hours.
Who processes it for us
Lovable (website hosting, AI gateway, email delivery), OpenAI (AI model, accessed via Lovable’s AI gateway), Supabase (database), Notion (our CRM), and Cloudflare (bot protection). Some of these process data in the United States. Where they do, transfers are protected by the UK–US data bridge and/or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards.
AI
Readings are generated by an AI model. They are reflective prompts, not advice, and no decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made about you automatically.
Please don’t include sensitive information or details about other people in your question.
Cookies and storage
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. We use your browser’s session storage only to remember that you’ve already submitted the form during your visit, and the bot-protection service may set a strictly necessary cookie. Fonts are hosted on our own site.
How long we keep it
CRM records: 24 months from your last interaction. Security logs: 48 hours. Confirmation tokens: 7 days. Email copies of readings are not kept after sending.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@decodengrow.com. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.
